A classic reflection on mindfulness - available now for the first time ever in Persian
Embrace each day to its fullest...

Everyday brings new feelings - some are happy, some are sad. Some days we may get really angry and other days confused. Some days we are exactly where we want to be, others days maybe not. But, no matter what is going on, it’s always important to focus on what is happening
RIGHT NOW.

Lessons about mindfullness and self-reflection

Newbery winner David Kherdian and two-time Caldecott Medalist Nonny Hogrogian have created a classic that any child can relate to. Whether it's a good day - like playing in the backyard making ooey-gooey mud pies or maybe not such a good day, like getting into a fight with your best friend, David and Nonny offer plenty of insight into meditating on the moment.

Whether told before bedtime or read solo by a young reader, Right Now is sure to help even the most anxious or worrisome children learn to embrace the moment and cast the worrying aside.
