Paris-Manhattan DVD

Paris-Manhattan DVD - 2012 French film directed and written by Sophie Lellouche. In this charming romantic comedy, idealistic pharmacist Alice (Alice Taglioni from The Valet - La Doublure) is totally obsessed with the movies of Woody Allen. She continually quotes lines from his films, engages in imaginary conversations, and even prescribes her customers his dvds to help alleviate their ailments. It is little wonder that she is still single in her thirties! Her increasingly concerned Jewish parents hope to cure her fixation by setting her up with a handsome French gentleman (Patrick Bruel - Le Prénom and Un Secret) - but even he realises that he is no match for the man of her dreams... Unrated, but nothing objectionable! 77 minutes. In French (and a little English) with optional English subtitles.
