Gmar Gavi'a (Cup Final) DVD - 1991 film directed by Eran Riklis.  An Israeli soldier is taken hostage by a small PLO squad in Lebanon in 1982. The soldier planned to go to the finals of the World Cup, he and his captors share their love of soccer. It doesn't take long for the Arab group and the Jewish Soldier to find that they're really not that different from one another: They're all people, they're all getting pretty sick of the war, they're all absolutely sure they're right, and they all like the same soccer team. It is a beautiful film! Stars Moshe Ivgi, Mohammed Bakri, Salim Dau and Bassam Zo'amat. Unrated, 105 minutes.
