Handa's Hen - Bilingual Farsi edition

Handa's Hen - Bilingual Farsi edition by Eileen Browne.

Handa and her friend Akeyo find two butterflies fluttering around the hen house, three stripy mice under the grain store, four little lizards behind the pots......but where is grandma's black hen? Handa's Hen is a dazzling feast for the eyes, making counting fun and introducing new animals and environment.

"There is so much to enjoy here: the engaging hide and seek story with natural built in repetition, the fun of anticipating and counting, and above all the stunning watercolour paintings of both human characters and the south-west Kenyan village and it flora and fauna. A veritable treasure trove."
