How to Order from World of Reading
:Online Ordering
You will receive an automated e-mail
confirmation of your order. If we are out of stock and won't be able to ship for
more than a day, we will contact you by e-mail or phone to see if a back-order
is=20 acceptable.

Printable Order
Form
If you pay with a check, money order or purchase order, we have an printable
order form that you can fax to us at 404-237-5511 or mail to:

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. It is our
standard policy not to charge your card until your order is ready to ship. If
you have a backordered item, we will not charge you until it is filled and we
will not charge you again for shipping.
You may give us your credit card information via online, phone (1-800-729-3703)
or (404-233-4042) or fax (404-237-5511). For payment by check or money order,
print out a copy of your completed order form and mail this to us with your check
to World of Reading, Ltd., P.O. Box 13092, Atlanta, GA 30324-0092.
We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Check or Money Order - you can complete your order online - and under payment
method choose "order by mail" - you can then print out the completed order form
and mail it to World of Reading with a check or money order.
Purchase Order - Schools, Universities and Libraries in the U.S. can order
online with a purchase order - terms are net 30 days.

Guarantee
Yes, shopping at wor.com is safe. Every credit card purchase you make is on
an SSL secure site. We employ the latest 128-bit encryption technology in all
parts of our site which require you to provide your personal or account
information. If you feel more comfortable, you can print the order form and fax,
mail or call in your order.

Shipping
For orders being shipped to an address within the U.S. the choices are:
Orders must be placed by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time
to be shipped that same day (providing we have the items in stock). If we are out of stock and
cannot ship by the next day (for orders placed after 12 noon) - we will send an e-mail to
confirm that a back-order is acceptable.
For overnight shipping to arrive before the end of the day (10:30 am service and noon service),
please call for the cost.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are shipped Priority Mail for ground shipments and
Express Mail for overnight shipments, and there is NOT a 2nd day option.

Shipping
Internationally
All orders shipped outside the U.S. can be shipped international surface
mail, airmail, Express mail or by Federal Express or UPS. Because of the variety
of charges depending on the weight and destination, we will manually calculate
the options and e-mail you for your preference.

Gift
Certificates
Yes, in any amount over $20.00 (be sure to include enough for shipping). You
may have them personalized and sent directly to the recipient with our World of
Reading Catalog or sent to you so that you may present the certificate in

Return Policy
Software, dvds, videos and audio cds or cassettes that are reported defective
within 30 days of receipt, will be replaced - or refunded if no longer available
and an exchange is not desired. We will issue a return postage only if the return
is a result of our error. No other products are returnable if opened - unopened
software, CDs, videos and dvds are returnable within 30 days. Books and opened
products are not returnable.

Typographical
Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical
error or error in pricing information, World of Reading has the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

Technical Support
While we will endeavor to answer simple questions, we are only a distributor
and not the publisher, and must refer you to the technical support department
for the software publisher for technical support. However, if you cannot find
the details for technical support with the software, or if you cannot get an
answer within 24 hours, please contact us and let us know so that we might
intervene on your behalf.
