These American films with Italian audio are all dvds imported from Europe and need a code-free dvd player to work in the U.S. They are region 2 dvds - most U.S. dvd players only play region 1 dvds. These dvds have German packaging, but have the option to choose Italian audio tracks and where noted, Italian subtitles too.
